as it is in Heaven

Praying the prayer Christ taught us this morning, I got stopped after "Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth, as it is in Heaven" with the thought that here is an argument for postmileniallism. Remembering how lovely life becomes within the Church when God's law is honored and kept; This is why there should be Sunday school instruction on the third use of the law. This is why families should carefully teach the Proverbs to their children. I understand better why Christ called us to come out of the world, to be separate, to be holy.  May His will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Even so, Lord, come quickly!
